LCD 1602 Display with I²C Backpack (16×2, Blue)

The 1602 LCD shows two lines of 16 characters on a blue backlight, easy to read from across the room. The pre-soldered PCF8574 I²C backpack reduces wiring from 16 pins to four, and includes a contrast potentiometer and backlight jumper. Use the LiquidCrystal_I2C library to print text in a couple of lines of code.
