1. Returning an item you no longer want

You can return most items within 7 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange, as long as they are:

• unused, undamaged and not installed, soldered, flashed with modified firmware or otherwise altered;
• in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals and parts;
• returned with the order number or receipt.

For change-of-mind returns the cost of sending the item back is yours. Original delivery fees are not refunded.

2. Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged in transit or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of receiving it, with a photo or short video if possible. After checking, we will replace it, repair it or refund it in full, including delivery costs, at no charge to you.

For branded equipment such as 3D printers, any manufacturer warranty applies in addition to this policy, and we will help you make the claim.

3. Items that can't be returned

Unless they are faulty or not what you ordered, these cannot be returned:

• personalised or customised products, and 3D prints made to your file or specification;
• opened consumables such as filament, resin, glue and solder;
• electronic components and boards that have been soldered, wired into a project or damaged by incorrect power or wiring;
• software, digital files and gift cards.

4. Items on order

Items marked On order are sourced specially for you. You can cancel free of charge until we have placed the order with our supplier; after that, the item can be returned on the same terms as other items once it has been delivered to you.

5. How to return an item

1. Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return: email info@plastibytes.com or call / WhatsApp +237 695 422 270.
2. We confirm the return and tell you where to send it.
3. Bring the item to our workshop on Mayor Street, Buea, or send it with a delivery service of your choice.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and check the item, we refund you within 7 days using the method you paid with (MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money or card), or to another mobile money number in your name if you prefer. You will receive a confirmation when the refund is sent. If a returned item does not meet the conditions above, we will contact you and send it back.

7. Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched or collected. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
